Our two apartments are currently being built with great attention to detail and will be ready for you from December 2026.
One flat offers 72 m² of space for 4 to 6 people and features two bedrooms, two shower rooms with WCs (some of which are separate), a spacious kitchen-diner with a living area, and a private terrace.
The second flat measures 45 m², is suitable for 2 to 4 people and is equipped with one bedroom, a separate shower and toilet, a cosy kitchen-diner with a living area, and its own terrace.

In the morning, you can head straight into the ski area without any detours and reach the lifts, runs and winter activities in just a few steps. Yes, all the flats have free Wi-Fi, so you can stay in touch whilst on holiday.
Yes, free parking is available for our guests right next to the building. There is one covered parking space per flat, and further free parking spaces are available outdoors.
Subject to prior agreement, pets are welcome in selected apartments. Please get in touch with us about this, ideally before you arrive.
Our apartment block is situated just 50 metres from the ski slope. In the mornings, you can head straight into the ski area without any detours and reach the lifts and runs in just a few steps – for maximum freedom during your holiday amidst the mountain scenery. The village centre is also within easy walking distance, just about 300 metres away. There you’ll find a supermarket, sports shops, restaurants and other amenities to make the most of your stay.
Yes, a heated ski and drying room is available to all guests, so that boots and equipment can dry comfortably overnight.
- More than 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
- 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40 per cent of the tour price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 per cent of the tour price
- In the final week before arrival: 90 per cent of the tour price
